UBB.Developers Forums UBB.classic V6 Mod Questions Various Hacks... Mail Features generate errors

I will honest I don't know which if any hack is too blame as I never tried to use my email features. I have had a few issues as my forums get bigger and I need to send passwords during registration. Whenever email features are used the following is generated.

My sendmail path is correct and I am using an email for that domain... although it is a redirect an not an actual account.

I apologize if this is out of place I registered with the infopop forums but they must verify my acocunt and it has been awhile.
